At EBKE, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike within 30 days of delivery.
To receive a refund, the bike must be shipped back to us within 10 working days after notifying us of your return. The bike may be lightly used, but it must be free of any damages and returned in good condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.
